We offer Bootcamp Classes for everyone's schedule, and each class is capped at 20 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes are limited space available,so please sign up more option below to get a FREE session.

Basic Strength Training

Mondays

6:45pm – 7:30pm

Here, we combine free weights with squats, lunges, and high-interval exercises so that you can build strength according to your own body type and goals.

Cardio Circuit & MK Group Fit  

Tuesdays,Thursdays
5:30am – 6am & 6am- 6:30am
6:45pm – 7:30pm  

Here we incorporate cardio intervals between rope exercises,kettlebells & dumbbells to help you build leaner muscles. This Mk fit class will help you build endurance,and put your metabolism to work.

Leg/ Glute Training

Wednesdays
5:30am – 6:00am & 6:00am-6:30am
6:45pm – 7:30pm

Welcome to your perfect Friday AM workout. During this short class, we do a series of intense cross-training moves with bursts of aerobic exercise, weight lifting, and stretch breaks.
